In Pendar Menderma, Restu Taufik Akbar presents a contemplation on self-projection—and even the dissolution of self—through his latest body of work.
Here, light is interpreted and employed in two ways: as a direct, physical presence in the exhibition space, and as a voluntary agent, activated through audience interaction. Light becomes not only a medium, but also a bridge—connecting, revealing, and transforming.

The works on view act as reflective axes, projecting the essence of human existence in dialogue with both their immediate environment and the broader cosmos.
