In the “ARUNG” exhibition, we are offered the chance to delve into the diverse narratives and aesthetics presented by 11 Balinese and Indonesian artists based in Bali. The exhibited works invite audiences to engage in a dynamic dialogue about contemporary Bali. Each artwork speaks vividly and uniquely, commanding attention with its vibrancy. As we navigate through their stories, a meaningful reflection emerges for us to take home—on identity, culture, art, and humanity.
