BUNGA YURIDESPITA
Bunga Yuridespita is a emerging artist who initially pursued formal education in architecture before embarking on her artistic journey. This unique background has infused her works with not only architectural knowledge but also a profound understanding of spatial experiences. Bunga’s artwork explores the convergence of space, time, and memory. After graduating from the Department of Architecture at Pelita Harapan University (UPH), Bunga further enriched her perspectives on identity and existence by pursuing a master’s degree in Fine Arts at the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB).
Bunga has established her artistic presence through two compelling solo exhibitions: “December” (2019) at Rubanah Hub, Jakarta, showcased Bunga’s early explorations of space, time, and memory. “Common Sanctum” (2024) at Galeri Salihara, Jakarta, marked Bunga’s artistic growth and her deeper engagement with the complexities of human experiences within architectural spaces.
